She is the best agent I've ever met. Some agents I met showed me some units that can have their own benefit, not for customers. Before we met, she tried her best to show me as many units as she could. I was really impressed by her because no agent could do this. I met 3 agents before her, they just showed me one or two, and pressured me to choose. When she showed me the units, she did not speak unnecessary words, just opened the window and door, letting me take a time to check, which made me feel comfortable. She did not pressure me to make a decision. I really like the way she works. I felt like she was working for me to find the best room, not for the money. She made this deal happen with great skill of persuading. It is important to see the unit as many as I could, no one could have done, only her. Thanks again, Miss Ying!!

Khun Wan was 15 out of 10! I really appreciated how Khun Wan went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process. She frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. She would accompany us to see the places and, since she is so experienced, she would point out subtle things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision process. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a newcomer to Bangkok, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Once we found the right place, she turned into a fierce strategist and got us the place within 2 days and booked it for us! We consider ourselves extremely lucky and blessed to have had her as our Agent! I would rate her higher than 10 if I could! We will eternally be grateful that they helped us find our beautiful rental apartment/condo.
